External and internal works now continue in parallel through September and October.

Once the frame construction is complete, the floor insulation and underfloor heating piping is installed before the floor screed is pumped in. With the flooring in place, first fix can then begin in earnest.

 

The timber pre-insulated frame is installed during August, and work immediately begins to make the structure water-tight.

During June and July, ground works were completed and the slab installed ready for the timber frame to be erected. Progress will be swift as we progress with the roof to make the house watertight so that first fix can begin.

Now the demolition has finished and the site is cleared, groundworks can begin with footings being dug, concrete poured and oversight in place.
