Bracken Wood is one of the best houses we have built so far!
Approaching 5,000sq ft of interior space and set in spectacular elevated grounds totalling over 11 acres of garden and woodland, this is a really special project.
We originally purchased the former property however we quickly agreed terms with our client before planning was achieved and so the final design and complete fit out was delivered to meet the client’s exacting needs. This included the bespoke Tom Howley kitchen, large barn room, master bedroom suite and gym.
Like all our homes, the house is extremely energy efficient with underfloor heating throughout supported by an Air Sourced Heat Pump (ASHP) and has masses of natural light through the full height glazing and galleried spaces.
The extensive external works also included a new driveway, tennis court and terracing to make the most of this spectacular elevated position.
